Vendor Participation Rules
| 1. Arts & Crafts Hours: Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm |
| 2. Turnersville Buffalo Stampede Hours: Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm |
| 3. Public Admission to the event is FREE |
| 4. All items to be sold are subject to approval by the Event Committee. |
| 5. Vendor Tax Number must be posted in/on Booth. |
| 6. Food/Drink Concessions - The Turnersville Community Center reserves exclusive rights to sell all bottled water, & soft drinks. Vendors may sell tea, coffee, lemonade and other food concessions. Food Vendors must indicate all items to be sold. LIMIT OF 2 VENDORS PER FOOD ITEM. Food items will be approved on a first-come first-serve basis. |
| 7. Art & Crafts Booths & Food/Drink Concessions - Vendors are responsible for setting up cleaning their space at the end of the day. Set-up starts at 6:00 AM, with completion by 8:00 AM on Saturday, August 16. The vendor is responsible for set up, operation, maintaining, and dismantling of the booth. The vendor shall maintain a clean and safe operation for the full duration of the event. The vendor shall clean up booth site and remove or dispose of trash. Vendors are expected to comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and shall have all appropriate licenses, permits and other required documentation. |
| 8. Generators allowed; electricity available for vendors on a first-come first-serve basis. Note electrical needs on reservation form. |
| 9. Vendors must receive Event committee approval for all items displayed/sold. Approval will be mailed/emailed to vendor indicating approved items. Display/sales of unapproved items may be cause to dismiss vendor from Event grounds. |
| 10. Event is held rain or shine, but if weather conditions are extremely unfavorable, Event officials may cancel all activities. There is no rain date for the Event and no refunds will be made. |
| 11. All Media Accepted. |
| 12. The Turnersville Community Center, its representatives, and its members are not responsible for property damages or injuries incurred during Turnersville Buffalo Stampede. |
| 13. Vendor signature on the Reservation Form indicates acceptance of these participation rules. |
| 14. No application will be processed without full payment of registration fee. Vendor space is limited. Please submit your application as soon as possible. |
| 15. By participating in this event, the exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the County of Coryell Texas, the Community of Turnersville, Turnersville Community Center/Turnersville Buffalo Stampede, and their Board members, directors, members, sponsors, officers, agents, staff and employees (collectively Turnersville Buffalo Stampede) from any and all liability for damage, County Health code violations, injury, or loss to any person or goods for any reason. The exhibitor understands that he/she is an independent party and is solely responsible for their booth space and operation, and that the Turnersville Community Center is just providing a place for the party to conduct their business. |
